Well, when you look at this polish it takes you away to a island beach with a setting sunset..... OMG don't we wish we were there right now.. LOL. Bombshell was made to be applied over the polish of your choice. We feel a BLACK BASE COAT shows off this polish at its best. Any other base color works with this topper as well, but might not have such a dramatic effect. This polish has a color shift from REDS, to PINKS, to ORANGES, to YELLOW / GOLD with that gorgeous rainbow effect as well. It has a high shimmer. Under certain lights it has a very cool metallic look! This polish also has holographic hex and square glitters that add that extra pizazz that every polish needs! THIS POLISH IS A MUST HAVE...TRUST US...YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!! This topper only requires 1 to 2 very thin coats to achieve your desired look.
